HODSOCK PRIORY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

Wallis and Jezz were married in late April 2022 at the beautiful Hodsock Priory.

Something so important to me as a documentary wedding photographer is that the couples get what I do, how I do it and allow me on their wedding day to capture the wedding in a relaxed and unobtrusive way; Wallis and Jezz allowed me to do my thing all day, and the wedding photos are stunning.

The whole day from start to finish was a joy; the venue was stunning, the staff were so helpful all day, and the wedding guests were so fun and didn’t mind me sticking a camera in their faces – which was great for the disco shots!

This was my first time at Hodsock Priory, and I cannot wait to go back; the place has so much character and is right up there as one of my favourite Nottinghamshire Wedding venues.

According to the Wikipedia entry for Hodsock Priory:

Hodsock Priory is an English country house in Hodsock, Nottinghamshire, 4 miles (6.4 km) north of Worksop, England, and 1 mile (1.6 km) south of Blyth. Despite its name, it is not and never has been a priory. Hodsock is renowned for its snowdrops in early spring
