THE REID ROOMS WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
Molly and George were married in a small wedding ceremony at the Reid Rooms in Essex at the beginning of April 2022.
The day started for me at a Purple Palace (Premier Inn) near Stansted Airport, I travelled down the night before the wedding as anything over an hour away from home is too risky for hitting traffic etc.. so many things can go wrong, but a Purple Palace stop over the night before worked a treat.
I head over to the Reid Rooms for morning prep where Molly and her girls were getting ready in the stately home type building which is onsite at the Reid Rooms.
The morning was stress free and with the ceremony set for 3pm, there was plenty of time for people to get ready at their own pace.
The ceremony room at the Reid Rooms is nice an homely and had a really good feel to it.
George was already in the ceremony room when I went over, he was with Tinkerbell; Molly and George’s gorgeous little dog, who would play a big part in the day.
Once the Bridesmaids had walked down the aisle, it was time for Molly and her Mum to come down, as soon as George looked at Molly, he got very emotional.
After the legals were done, it was time to head out into the court yard of the Reid Rooms for some drinks and nibbles and to enjoy some early summer weather (in April..)
Molly and George wanted a few family formals which we did in quick time and after a couple of shots of the guys around the venue, we all headed in for the wedding breakfast and the speeches.
With the weather as good as it was, people headed back outside after the speeches to catch the sun before it headed off for the night.
With everyone outside, Molly and George enjoyed a quiet private first dance with just them and the music, before everyone came back in for the disco.
