“YOUR WEDDING PODCAST”
I started recording the sounds of weddings back in 2017, and it quickly became clear just how powerful those moments are. There’s something truly special about sitting down, closing your eyes, and listening back to the laughter, the vows, the cheers—reliving the day through sound alone.
For couples who want to revisit their wedding like they would their favourite podcast, I offer the “Your Wedding Podcast” audio option. It’s a unique way to experience your day all over again—just hit play and let the memories come flooding back.

WEDDING PHOTO FILMS FAQs
Q: Will there be loads of sound and video people around?
Haha – not at all. Most of the time, it’s just me!
The way I record sound is super discreet and doesn’t affect the flow of your day.
For the ceremony, I’ll usually pop a small lapel mic on the groom (they’re easier to hide on a suit than a dress), plus one on the registrar, vicar, or celebrant – and anyone doing a reading or poem.
For the speeches, anyone speaking will have a tiny mic hidden on them. In post-production, I remove the mic from any photos if it sneaks in – which it rarely does.
For couples booking a Hybrid Wedding Photofilm (with both audio and video), I’ll bring along someone to film the ceremony and speeches. That way, I can stay focused on capturing the day as your photographer, and later I’ll edit all the footage and sound into the final film myself.
Q: What kind of video is included in the Audio & Video Photofilm?
Your Photofilm will include short video clips from various parts of your day, which help bring the story to life. This typically includes:
Venue and wedding signage
Ceremony room setup
Cake, flowers & details
Dress and accessories
Wedding breakfast room & décor
Family formals (if you’ve opted for them)
Couple portraits (if you’ve opted for them)
Confetti moments
The video clips are subtle and creative – designed to blend with your photos and the audio to create something unique.
Q - Are there any restrictions to having a ‘Audio & Video Photofilm’?
Yes – the Video Photofilm and Hybrid Wedding Photofilm are only available if you’re getting ready at the venue.
Why? It all comes down to timing. If you’re getting ready on-site, it gives me the flexibility to capture video clips of the venue, the ceremony setup, and all the little details while you’re getting ready.
If you’re getting ready off-site, the time spent travelling can mean I arrive at the venue with only a few minutes before the ceremony starts. And when that happens, there’s simply no time to film the venue or the setup properly—those important visuals would be missed.
To get the full value from the Photofilm options, being based at the venue for the morning prep makes all the difference.
Q: What video is not included in the Audio & Video Photofilm?
It’s important to know that the Audio & Video Photofilm doesn’t include video coverage of the ceremony, speeches, or any key formal parts of the day. During those moments, my full focus is on capturing them through photography.
If you’re looking for full video coverage of your wedding prep, ceremony, speeches, cake cut, or first dance, I’d recommend hiring a dedicated videographer who can film those elements and create a full 5–7 minute highlight film.
Q: How long does it take to receive the Photofilms?
Audio Photofilm: Delivered with your wedding photo gallery – typically within 4 weeks.
Audio & Video Photofilm: Delivered with your gallery – typically within 6 weeks.
Hybrid Photofilm: Delivered with your gallery – typically within 10 weeks.
Once your final Photofilm is embedded in your secure gallery, download links for all related files will be sent within 1 week.
Q: How do we book a Photofilm?
If you’ve already booked me for your wedding photography, just drop me a message to add a Photofilm to your coverage.
Please note: the Hybrid Photofilm must be added at least six months before your wedding date to ensure availability.
If you’re booking me for your wedding, you can add your chosen Photofilm directly via the booking form.
Q: How do we pay for a Photofilm?
Audio Photofilm and Audio & Video Photofilm: The full balance is due at the same time as your final wedding photography payment.
Hybrid Photofilm: A £300 booking fee is required at the time of adding it to your booking. The remaining balance is due with your final wedding photography payment.
