THE HQ FRAMED WEDDING ALBUM
The HQ Framed Wedding Album excites me every time I see it delivered from Italy.
I spent a lot of time searching high and low and invested a fair bit to find an album that I would have loved to have had for my own wedding. Too many wedding albums are uninspiring in design, but the HQ Framed Wedding Album stands out. It’s a printed cover wedding album housed in a picture frame-like display case, giving it a modern, elegant touch while offering a stunning way to showcase those cherished memories.
THE HQ FRAMED WEDDING ALBUM PRICE AND OPTIONS
£450
As Standard, the HQ Framed Wedding Album is 30x20 cm, comes with 40 pages (around 60-80 images), has a printed image cover on the album, a picture frame box with a transparent lid, entirely designed by me, with unlimited revisions done via the SaywellHQ Gallery.
Additional cost options:
Upgrade to a larger album (35x25 cm)
Add extra pages to a limit of 100
Change the album cover from a printed picture to a solid colour (40 to choose from - CLICK HERE TO VIEW)
Change the picture frame box colour from Smoke Grey to one of 39 colours
Change the transparent lid to a semi-transparent lid
THE HQ WEDDING ALBUM
The HQ Wedding Album is a new addition for 2024, and I’m incredibly proud to offer it as an option for my couples.
This album features panoramic flush mount pages, which allow images to be printed seamlessly across the spread or spine of the album. This unique feature gives me the freedom to create spreads that go beyond the typical design options offered by traditional wedding albums.
As a standard, the HQ Wedding Album is bound with ‘Cloud Leatherette’—a soft, leather-like material available in 40 colors. It’s the perfect combination of modern style and luxury, creating a stunning keepsake that will last for generations.
THE HQ WEDDING ALBUM PRICE AND OPTIONS

As standard, the HQ Wedding Album is 30x20 cm, comes with 40 pages (around 60-80 images), debossing name and date of the wedding, entirely designed by me, with unlimited revisions done via the SaywellHQ Gallery.

PARENT AND GIFT WEDDING ALBUMS
Smaller copies of the wedding albums are available to order alongside the main wedding album.
The HQ Framed Wedding Album smaller albums are exact replicas of the main wedding album—photo printed on hardback books, just like the main album. Meanwhile, the HQ Wedding Album smaller albums mimic the material and debossing of the main album, maintaining the same luxurious feel and attention to detail.
Here are the prices for the parent or gift albums:
20x15 cm albums: £200 for two
30x20 cm albums: £150 each or £250 for two
These smaller albums make beautiful keepsakes for loved ones and are the perfect way to share the memories of the big day.
THE WEDDING ALBUM PROCESS, PAYMENTS AND TIMEFRAMES
ORDERING A WEDDING ALBUM
Ordering a wedding album is easy and flexible:
You can add an album at the time of booking, which locks in the price of the album.
You can also add an album during our final pre-wedding chat (around 8 weeks before the wedding).
If you prefer, the album can be purchased through your wedding gallery after the wedding (but only while the gallery is still online—more on this later).
The payment process is straightforward and split into two parts:
The first payment is £200 and is non-refundable, due before any work begins on the album design.
The remaining balance (including any optional extras) is due once the design is completed.
This system allows you to decide on the album at your own pace, with clear payment options throughout the process.
THE PHOTO SELECTION PROCESS OPTION 1
Some couples prefer to select the images they want included in their wedding album, and this process is simple. You can easily create a favourites list within your wedding gallery and share that selection with me.
For a 40-page wedding album, I recommend keeping the selection to no more than 80 images.
When choosing your images, be strict, decisive, and efficient—don’t overthink it! The more quickly and decisively you can choose, the better the final album will reflect the true essence of your day..
THE PHOTO SELECTION PROCESS OPTION 2
This option is the one most of my couples choose—allowing me to select the images for the first draft of your wedding album.
The reason so many couples prefer this option is simple: time. Most people don’t have the time to go through their entire wedding gallery, picking their favourite images while ensuring the selection stays to a manageable number.
By letting me pick the images, I can show you how a wedding album should look and flow, using the right images to tell your story in print.
Since you’ll have unlimited revisions, it makes sense for me to do the initial selection. If you'd like to make any changes or swaps after seeing the draft, that can easily be done as part of the revision process.
ALBUM REVISIONS
Once the first draft of your wedding album design is complete, it will be uploaded to your secure wedding gallery. Any change requests can be made via the album proofing section within your wedding gallery, and those requests will be shared directly with me.
I will then make the changes you've requested and upload the updated version for you to review.
The final balance for the album is only due once you're happy with the final design—this ensures that you’re completely satisfied with your album before the payment is made.
THE TIMEFRAME FOR THE DESIGN AND DELIVERY
Once the initial payment of £200 has been made, the first draft of your wedding album design will be uploaded to your wedding gallery within 10 weeks of either the wedding gallery delivery day (if the album was ordered before the wedding) or the payment date (if the album is ordered after the wedding).
After you sign off on the design and the final balance is paid, your album will be sent to Italy for production. The delivery time from Italy to me typically takes between 3 - 8 weeks.
Once the album arrives, I will be in touch to arrange either a DPD delivery to an address of your choice or to arrange a time for me to personally deliver the album to you.
