Understanding RAW Files
RAW files are the original image files recorded by my cameras before any editing has taken place.
Unlike the finished photographs delivered within your wedding gallery, RAW files require specialist software to open and edit. They are intended as an archival copy of your wedding photography, giving you the reassurance of owning the original files behind every delivered image.
Your professionally edited gallery will always represent my finished interpretation of your wedding day.
How It Works
Once you’ve purchased the Ultimate Wedding Archive, you’ll receive an email within 24 hours containing a link to review and accept the Ultimate Wedding Archive Personal Use Licence Agreement.
Your archive won’t be prepared until the licence agreement has been accepted. This ensures you fully understand how the RAW files may be used and confirms that copyright of all photographs remains with SaywellHQ.
Once the licence has been accepted, your archive will be prepared, copied to your premium USB-C SSD drive and dispatched within 7 working days.

Personal Use Licence Agreement
By purchasing the Ultimate Wedding Archive and subsequently accepting this Personal Use Licence Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Copyright of all photographs remains exclusively with SaywellHQ and is not transferred as part of this purchase.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to possess, store and edit the supplied RAW files for your own private, non-commercial use.
The RAW files must not be supplied, transferred, shared or made available to any third party, including photographers, editors, retouchers or AI image-editing services.
The RAW files must not be sold, licensed, published, distributed or used for any commercial purpose.
If you choose to edit any of the supplied RAW files and share those edited versions publicly, you must not tag, credit or otherwise associate SaywellHQ with those edited images.
Only the professionally edited photographs supplied by SaywellHQ may be credited to or associated with the SaywellHQ brand.
Technical support, editing tuition, software guidance or assistance with processing RAW files is not included with this purchase.
The Ultimate Wedding Archive contains only the RAW files for photographs delivered within your final wedding gallery. RAW files relating to undelivered images are not included.
If the Licence Is Breached
The personal licence granted with this purchase may be withdrawn if these terms are not followed.
Unauthorised copying, distribution, commercial use or sharing of the supplied RAW files may result in legal action to protect my copyright and intellectual property rights. Where permitted by law, I reserve the right to recover reasonable legal costs and any associated losses resulting from a breach of these terms.
